Happy Easter everyone!!! A few days ago it was warm, 83 degrees! The trees are budding, the daffodils are up and the birds were singing away. It was so nice to be outside! Now we are back in the 30's again! Come on Mother Nature.........enough is enough. I am so ready to put those winter clothes away!
Easter is in 3 days. I remember the days of shopping as a little girl with my mother for the perfect new Easter dress, and shoes. It was always so warm. We could wear our cute dresses, hats, and shoes and not freeze to death. Now we will have to be bundled up. Geeez!

OH MY GOODNESS! That's one big snake. I would have screamed!!!!
Have since found out that this was only a Northern Brown snake and not poisonous at all!
Glad you found out it is a brown snake. I knewit wasn't a copper head. They have very, very wide heads. Like 2 or 3 times as wide as the head on this one.

EEEK!, Joan...that IS a scary snake. My parents dog confronted a Copperhead and got bitten on the tongue. They rushed him to the emergency vet and he lived but a little piece of the side of his tongue never did grow back. More than you ever needed to know, right? Anyhoo....I hope he made that snake 'swim with tha fishies'...KWIM?!
