Top Note Clutch

I joined the bandwagon and made one of these adorable clutch purses using the Top Note die cut/Big Shot. I love how easy they are to do and how cute they turn out. I made this one for my niece. I put money in the bottom, and filled the rest with chocolate! Julie (Artchick) has a great tutorial on her blog.
